Here at Djewellers, we ensure that your handcrafted gold jewellery gets to you safely, securely, and on time. Each order reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, which is why we treat every order with care.  

Delivery Time:  

Most orders get dispatched within 2–5 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, we may need additional processing time, and we will keep you posted during this time so you always know where your order stands.

Shipping Charges:  

Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process depending on your delivery address and order size. We try to balance competitive pricing with customer delivery inconveniences so safe and reliable delivery is always provided.

 

Packaging:  

The protective case for each piece of jewellery is made with safe, high-quality materials to avoid in transit. We would like the jewellery to arrive ready to wear or gift, in mint condition.

 

Tracking:  

When your order is on the way, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on how close your order is to your home.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our highest goal. If you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return or exchange it, no hassle.

Criteria:

You are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Terms:

Items must meet the conditions of being packed, unused, and unworn to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Procedure:

You can initiate a return or exchange by emailing your order details to our customer service djewellershub@gmail.com. They will assist you in completing the return and guide you smoothly.

Refund:

After the return is received and inspected, it will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds can take a few days to process.
