Products and Services
Product Information: We try to give as much information as we can and present images for our products. There may be color and design variation in the actual product due to light / screen setting. It is hard to reproduce the exact colour shown on a monitor.
Availability: All products are in stock. If there is a piece that is not in stock we will notify you but suggest alternatives, or refund you on the day.
Order and Payment
Order Process: You can make an order on the website. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as we receive your order.
How do I pay for my order? We accept payments done via credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI. All payments are secure.
Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping will be calculated upon checkout, and added to the total.
Shipping and Delivery
Lead Time: Generally 2-5 business days before products ship. If you purchased a custom or made-to-order item, please allow more time.
Shipping Charge: Shipping is calculated during checkout based on your location and size of the order.
Delivery Time: We estimate these received products at your door within 7-12 days. And we will keep in touch with you if there is any trouble on the way.
Returns and Exchanges
Who's eligible: Returns and exchanges valid up to 7 days after delivery. Please note items must be unused, unworn and in its original package.
Steps: Please contact our customer service with your order details and evident of quality issues, we will help you.
Refunds: When we have received the return, most refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Warranty and Repairs
Warranty: Your piece of jewellery will be guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident use.
Repairs: Contact our customer service team if you need to return an item or request a repair. Repair charges will apply according to what work is done.
Privacy and Security
Personal information: We may use the following information to process orders, provide a more personal shopping experience. We will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to third party companies without your permission.
Security: We employ the full complement of industry standard controls to protect your data, both personal and payment.

Product liability: The value of the part that is defective can be claimed in case of a product liability.
